On the Fence to Remodel Your Home?

Now is the time to do it! The remodeling industry is suffering a double dip in sales, not unlike the double dip in home prices. So the logic of this being a buyers market and the time to buy an affordable home applies to the remodeling market. Now is an amazing time to budget for and negotiate a home improvement deal.

Erika with Cailin

When not working, which is most of the time, Erika loves taking of advantage of San Francisco’s dog parks- especially those with outstanding views like Crissy Field! The long strip of grass where Erika and her dog Cailin (Irish for “girl”)are sitting was once a military landing field for the Presidio Army Base.

Now it’s a great spot for pictures featuring the Golden Gate Bridge as your backdrop- as you can see!
