We came to you during the early spring of 2006 and wanted to purchase a single family home as a fixer or on an RH2 lot so that we could develop it. You provided us with the listings & resources to assist in our search. We did find several properties and made offers, although the market was very active and we were unsuccessful. We then decided that we would wait until fall, increase our finances and hope for a change in the market.
You continued to keep us informed of properties that may have met our needs. We were so impressed that we came back to you early this fall when we began to look again. Once we decided upon the property we wanted, you were right there, prepared and explained our offer to us in terms we could easily understand, worked the odd hours required to present the offer, since there were competitors and you made it happen for us.
You were also great at keeping my husband informed regarding what he might expect when improving the property, looking into title difficulties, and making sure all of the tenants vacated before we took possession. This wasn’t an easy deal, but you made it look like it was.

I would say that the first thing that caught my eye about this home was the kitchen, but in doing so I feel like I am cheating on the rest of this home that I feel in love with! From the views, to the out of control statement fireplace, to the use of the outdoor spaces- I go back and forth between picking my ABSOLUTE favorite thing. I usually associate contemporary with cold, but this home is as warm and inviting as it is contemporary. Situated on 17,000 sq ft the property really maximizes it’s outdoor space. The living/dining area connects with a large level yard and gardens for quiet relaxation. The sumptuous master suite has French doors leading to a private terrace with sweeping Bay views. Recently reduced to just under $3 million.
Now back to the designer gourmet kitchen- the focal point of the great room with Bay views. It makes me want to throw a party.

Gala and Fashion Show at the City Club of San Francisco
We were thrilled to attend this event to promote Dress for Success San Francisco! The night started off with tastings from San Francisco’s Top Women Chefs and Kettle One martinis! After mingling with other fabulous patrons and scoping out the silent auction goodies (still wish we had won that Bobbie Brown makeup bag) we headed upstairs for the main event.
We heard from many women involved in the Dress for Success San Francisco program and were touched to hear how much the program had affected their lives. Their stories were incredibly uplifting, and they presented themselves with such poise and confidence in themselves.
Erika has experienced first hand what the power of donating clothes to those less fortunate. Just a few months ago Erika gave all of her shirts away to a young lady who was absolutely thrilled and told her that she had changed her life- and that now she felt she had the power to go out and change the world!
This is an event that we will be sure to attend again! We met so many wonderful people, enjoyed a great fashion show and left knowing that we had helped out an amazing cause.
